I understand. But if what you are implying is the case, couldn't/wouldn't that mean that the private investor backed out? Couldn't/wouldn't that be a bad sign. If the deal changed and Cen doesn't have to give 25% of it's revenues, it seems that they would just come out and say it instead of hiding it in a carefully worded PR.
