yeah thats brutal and reckless towards man kind. my buddy is from japan and he said 2 years minimum if caught with a joint lol. thats crazy! im over 21 and can have up to one ounce on me at all times OR if I have a medical card wa st has super loose laws then you can have up to 2 pounds!! thats ridic imo. an ounce is alot of weed so Id say no reason to ever have more than say 4 ounces on you unless your moving it for $$ positive vibes your way bro
