$RMKR .011 closed down huge -38%. It trades at the highest tier in the OTC!!!!! The OTCQX. Was just trading on NASDAQ last year! THIS IS A REAL COMPANY and very RARE to find such in the OTC. On December 6th 1999 it was trading at $146 per share! But let's not go that far back.
