Things are coming into focus as the smoke clears.
Im getting the sense that there is no hope for this stock.
We just got the fins from the quarter ended September.
What has ntek been doing of note for the past year.
Issuing shares.
They claim it is for acquisitions.
Um, what have they actually acquired?
Um, absolutely nothing.
So that means it's strictly dilution. Of course the company has paid pumpers to say otherwise.
You know. The usual suspects.
The smart braniac types, the nincomdemos, the fighter pilots, the big investor types.
They say it's mergers. They say its acquisitions.
We've seen more than 50% dilution.
We've seen absolutely nothing for it.
Except empty promises. Even 13 months after audits were announced, nothing.
Imagine if other companies used the excuse that it was too difficult, no one would be audited. They would whine and say it's too hard. They would dilute. They would make empty promises. They would hire all the usual suspects to go on message boards and say "soon".
They would have their pr department issue proclamations and later retract them. Denying they ever said anything of the sort even though it's on paper.
Only a lying scummy stinky pinky would act like ntek.
People show you what they are. I just wish i was paying attention sooner.
Now all we can do is see how long it takes for this company to admit it and delist themselves. Hopefully not,but the evidence is overwhelming.
