Lets see... I don't think the company would put out a PR regarding the spin off if it wasn't expected to happen, I think they worded like they did just for legal reasons.
Now lets just say that it doesn't happen, Bill and BOD are still in charge of CEN bio no matter what, Creative may go back under them or not.
Status of R&D comes after we are licensed, you can't buy THC as you put it without the required licenses.
