I wouldn't give MB too much credit. An argument could be made that the reason the company is in the quagmire is because of the 24/7 bashing driving the price below reasonable levels. None of the boys has yet stood up and told us their motivation. I am sure it wasn't just to protect us unsuspecting dupes.
When the company started they must have had some kind of a business plan that included some dilution to cover the rough edges. Dilution at one price is different at another price. Say you need x amount. Let's say 10,000 dollars. If you issue shares at 1.00 you need to issue 10,000 shares. if you issue shares at .01 you need to issue 1,000,000 share quite a difference. The bashing and reduced share price the company has to issue more shares. Declining share price the company issues more and more. The death spiral.
The company is not completely innocent IMO. It is a small company living a larger than life image. Money that was spent for glitzy events might have better saved for tax stamps. The Money TV events although informative how much was real and how much was hype to dump shares into? Seen any brandy or port style wine? There are foreign markets mentioned that haven't been heard about since. National advertising before national distribution doesn't make sense to me on a tight budget.
Right now they seem to have lost investors favor. Greatly reduced share price, unfulfilled statements and late income statements again. I sure hope this "Friend of margrits" was not some kind of a emissary from the company.
What to do? I am hoping the company has funds and enough cash flow to make it through this. They could start by being more realistic. Get their distribution network flowing. Service what ya got before looking for more. Get your financial statements on time give the investor something to base his or her hard earned dollars on.
