I had a discussion with a very substantial shareholder last night. He said it is very obvious what someone is trying to do on ihub as well as laughable. here are his thoughts:
He said the BEST LENDER WE HAVE EVER HAD IS SEASIDE. He said SEASIDE WANTS A HIGHER PRICE TO SELL AND IS DOING IT PROFESSIONALLY. He said we no longer have to deal with the CONVERTERS STRIKING IT DOWN INTENTIONALLY SO THEY CAN GET A LOWER PRICE ON THEIR SHARES. He also want on to say that the raise of 30m shares at .055 was brilliant for the same reason. Again he said the people that put $ in want a higher price and there are NO DERIVATIVES ASSOCIATED WITH THE CORE SO ONCE AGAIN THE CORE IS LOOKING FOR HIGHER PRICES TO SELL NOT KNOCK IT DOWN TO GET ADDITIONAL SHARES OR CHEAPER.
He also said the fundamentals of the company are much better than ever so the core will probably be much more patient given this scenario of strong fundamentals. He also said THE BIG BOYS WANT SUPPLY AND THEY ARE DELIGHTED TO TAKE .11 TO .13 STOCK TO GET IN THERE. HE SAID THEY DONT CARE THAT THE CORE HAS .055 CENT STOCK. HE SAID A LOT GAS CHANGED FUNDAMENTALLY SICE JAN 2014 WITH THE COMPANY. HE SAID AT .055 IN JANUARY IT WAS A HIGH
LIKELIHOOD THE COMPANY WAS GOING TO FAIL!!!!!!!! He said they were 1 out of a million that came thru the gauntlet with high success. He also said tell the board that at a price of .12 vs .055 from 6 months ago it is FAR LESS RISK AS THE COMPANY IS FLOURISHING AND ALSO SAID HE IS NOT BUYING A PENNY STOCK FOR 2X. I AM BUYING THIS BECAUSE I THINK IT CAN GO 8X PLUS IN THE NEXT 8 TO 10 QUARTERS. He also said the individual spewing his daily rhetoric looks like a child that lost his teddy bear.
Bottom Line: at these prices .10 to .13 the stock is far better than it was 8 months ago. THERE WERE NO GUARANTEES THAT SCRC WOULD BE FLOURISHING OR ELSE EVERYBODY WOULD BE ATTEMPTING TO DO WHAT SCRC IS CURRENTLY DOING.
