Well, after that showed up and some other discussions, I no longer have any doubt that the creation of the Ultraflix Media Group will the precursor to the spin-off of a whole new company with its own trading symbol. Folks who own NTEK shares will get a percentage of the new company in the form of a dividend and I have no doubt this company will open on the AMEX or something of that nature. Why, well, if you think about it, NTEK will have the investor base, the revenue and they can structure the shares to meet trading requirements. This will also put Ultraflix in a whole new category that will attract the major investors needed to secure their position in the market place. The folks we have on the advisory board are no fools, they know exactly what they are doing. JMHO of course.
