Think about this (I'm making assumptions to make a point):
FITX is trading in the pinks and the PPS will rise on license then be run back down again. Pink stocks are junk stocks. They live in the slums and the people that control them are low lifes and cheats.
To uplist FITX with the current share structure would take too long and possibly would never happen due to price manipulation from the pink market. By spinning off Cen (the part of the business with huge upside) and either merging or doing an IPO we can get out of the pinks and on to a legitimate board.
Would you rather have a million of something at .10 or 100k of something at $10?
Bill has been working hard in the background travelling and working with some very smart people to build something bigger than what we see before us today. I believe his PR's have been designed to keep the wolves away and stop the lambs from being nervous. He has not had anything to announce because the direction is not just a license and MMJ. I believe what he has been working on is something so big it needs to be done quietly and with patience.
Of course this is just my opinion and you can do your DD as you see fit. I'm long and can't wait to see what Bill has done over the last year.
GO FITX!!!!
