Dear fools, er, shareholders
Now that the holidays have passed and the np1 obviously was just a ruse, and ultraflix obviously just vaporware, we say tough. Sorry you believed us.
Now we must tell you that's not where the real money is anyway. Nope. The real money is in our Vegas games.
Yeppurs. So to meet future "mergers & acquisitions " we must raise the a.s.to 2 billyun shares. Mmmm, yea, 2 billyun. That should do it. And if we're lucky, we'll get to issue all of em before you suckers katch on.
So effective immediately, the o.s. is 1 billyun shares. Mostly restricted of course. (We'll get em converted in a month or so but you don't need to know that. )
For the next PR, we'll say vegus games weren't the money maker after all. We'll say it's ice sculptures. Yea, they'll buy that. They've bought every other ridiculous excuse for not delivering.
We'll raise o.s. to the full 2 billyun a.s. and try to sell allofem. For mergers n acquisitions, of course.
