It’s in my opinion that when Garry McHenry says putting the company together in the best interest of his share holders, he wasn't talking about those investors who sold a while back and got out, or those that feel mislead , or the ones that were sleeping at the wheel and feel stuck now , can’t forget the ones that are so dang impatient they have no way out they toss there integrity out the window to feel good about there position.
Really now, investors are a dime a dozen . you don’t like it man up and leave. ( simple )

He's talking about the sophisticated investor.
An investor who has sufficient knowledge and experience with investing in all types of equities that he/she is able to evaluate the merits of an investment.
