That is a fact...
Hence the use of the words: "things can" [Emphasis mine]

Should NTEK "flip flop" on their commitment to reduce the A/S and instead take the path of dilution for whatever their announced reasons are...especially before any audited financials are published, would be a quick way to shareholder distrust and skepticism and give traction to those who have designs on seeing NTEK fail. The last thing NTEK needs is to increase the aid in their own demise. As everyone can see...the PPS has a hard enough time as it is, notwithstanding all the wonderful things which the company appears to be doing. imo
