Retail Opportunity Investments Corp. (Nasdaq:ROIC) announced today that its operating partnership, Retail Opportunity Investments Partnership, LP, has priced an offering of $250 million aggregate principal amount of 4.000% senior unsecured notes in an underwritten public offering. The notes will mature on December 15, 2024. Interest on the notes will be paid semi-annually on June 15th and December 15th, commencing on June 15, 2015. ROIC expects to use the net proceeds from the offering for the repayment of borrowings under its unsecured credit facility, its unsecured term loan, and for general corporate purposes. The offering is expected to close on December 3, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.

Duke Realty Corporation Announces Offering of $300 Million of Senior Unsecured Notes

Duke Realty Corporation (NYSE: DRE), a leading industrial, suburban office and medical office REIT, announced today that its operating partnership, Duke Realty Limited Partnership (the "Operating Partnership" , has priced an underwritten public offering of $300 million of its 3.750% senior unsecured notes due December 1, 2024. The notes were priced at 98.795% of their face amount to yield 3.896% to maturity. The Operating Partnership intends to use the net proceeds from this offering, together with the proceeds from planned asset dispositions, to (i) repay borrowings under its revolving credit facility, (ii) repay all $250.0 million outstanding aggregate principal amount of its 7.375% Senior Notes due February 15, 2015 plus accrued interest, (iii) redeem all of the remaining outstanding shares of Duke Realty Corporation's 6.6% Series L cumulative redeemable preferred shares, $0.01 par value per share, at a redemption price equal to $250.00 per share, plus dividends accrued to the date of redemption and (iv) fund its development pipeline. The offering is expected to close on November 17, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
