I am confused how a spinoff is a good thing? Espec

I am confused how a spinoff is a good thing? Especially for those of us who only invested for the marijuana potential! I wouldnt want a prorated number of shares in cen. I want all my funds invested in cen shares. Once the spinoff happens, what would be the point of owning the supplement side? I would alsi assume that rxnb and hemptechnologies would be under the cen umbrella. Can someone please explain the excitement for me?
