This is what I do not understand:
Why don't people get it ? This is not that hard to understand if you think about it for a minute instead of going into panic mode.
BOD; These guys are simply re- positioning into both companies which they could not do, UNLESS they gave up their current positions. Pretty simple.
Cen Bio: Will be the Canadian MMJ facility which grows, and processes MMJ for the patients of Canada, and any excess will go to other countries, as has been already established. There is no reason for the H / C to decline the application for License. It is the politics and that will happen when it does. But, will happen, and in Lakeshore.
Creative Edge is NOT just a nutritional company !! There is also HEMP, Insurance, and other things. And, actually the only thing making any money at this point. We do not know how much or what is happening there because we do not have AUDITED financials at this point, but, I expect that to change, very soon. ( A few months)
Speaking of a few months......This will take that long to all come together. So, freaking out now is just silly. I think that it would be very prudent by all shareholders to wait for the PR's to explain to us where the BOD will be, and who, as well as other details like, which companies will be under which umbrella of which parent company, and what the SS will be moving forward on the spin off.
Calm down folks, and do not let the nay-sayers influence your investment. Use some common sense, take your time as you have plenty, and see what unfolds.
Buy more shares, or sell them so I can buy them. Your choice, but, just take the time to think before you act. GLTA
