I agree that FITX will drop if and when the spin off takes place but don't forget, the more shares you own of the current FITX the more shares you'll receive in the spin off which I suspect will trade much, much higher! Don't let anyone be fooled by this little drop, someone is buying up those shares and have been doing so for the last week or two.

I say get in now or add and you'll be much better off down the road so long as you have the patience to wait it out!
