Does anyone know if the share structure for nutrition has to stay the same (ie 3.5 billion) or can that change as well as long as the investors keep their pro rata shares. I understand whatever share structure cenbio sets up will be distributed to shareholders pro rata. Correct?? Looking forward to an interesting day!
