Just a thought on the BOD who resigned. In my view that was absolutely necessary for this to move forward. Reason: Because of the spin off, now there will be two separate companies, which will need two, separate BOD's. I totally agree with the statements by others that this is not a NEW concept for them and has been in the works for many months now. Finally, it is coming into fruition.
