Wow. A lot of people posting trying to bring pps down for a stupid "scam". Why bother posting negative stuff, if it was a scam it would bring itself down. Stop with the reverse split sh** as well. We covered this, Garth has covered this. ABSOLUTELY NO REVERSE SPLIT COMING. that's your only cry, IPO will most likely be here in December imo. 10-q filed. USG1 shareholders received a letter for their shares. It's all coming together. Cover your short positions now or get dunked on.
