ARRGSTER, I did an E-transfer From Wells Fargo on 1-6-2014 for $6500.00 to my Fidelity Investments IRA. I was able to buy a penny stock from my online account. They made an exception to their 1 day wait rule & I bought immediately...entire process took less than 10 min.
