Ahhh I see okay. Yeah no doubt there is a lot of confusion and double talk coming from LS. But Bill has never wavered in his stance that we are grandfathered in. IMO what we have here is the perfect storm (created by HC's dragging their feet) for haters and schemers to succeed with their attempts to bring PPS down and also the perfect environment for LS locals to try and extort CenBio.

I think the reality is Bill has his ducks in a row and is standing on solid ground. That knowledge gives him the freedom to use this time to develop other global entities and markets.
