Here are some thoughts/opinions FWIW:

Summary of timelines short term
Nov 17th, 1st financing package-funds inbound
Dec 1st, 1) definitive plan for new capital structure of Trimerica Energy Corporation revealed
2) details provided to shareholders for preferred shares
Dec 15th, Close on Colorado assets (approx. 150-200 boepd) cost of deal about $5 million
Jan 2015 1) financials completed
2) CFO named

If Trimerica reaches these short term goals stated above, I believe:
1) By the end of November I see no return to the .004's
2) By the end of December I see no return to the .005's
3) If we receive the additional financing by Dec 15th and acquire the Colorado assets we will break above .0075
4) If we exceed confirmed 100 bopd by the end of 2014 along with completed financials, we will exceed .01 again by Jan 2015

If Trimerica Energy Corporation could achieve 400+ bopd by the end of 2015 I believe
most shareholders would be estatic but that is only my opinion FWIW
