Unless one investor who could finance the expansion of this company truth is Joel needs some funds for permits or acquisition, etc of a particular mines and he has to come up with anything that is legal including selling company's shares to investors to get to the promise land. It's only one way of reducing the float which Joel owns a lot IMO. Without money on hand it's hard to move forward or this company is history. We would like Joel to succeed in his endeavor to benefit us all.
Joel need to have a partner with money, really hard for him to work by himself all these obstacles in front of him as long as he is still the majority owner and CEO.
