Dwyer made the mistake of saying their would never be an A/S or R/S. As a public company, raising the A/S is a way to raise capital (I don't particularly agree with a R/S unless the A/S is reduced in the same ratio as the split). This is basic puclic business 101. I agree that he lost a lot of trust here. This is where he needs to regain some trust.
The fact is we are trading at 0.0001 doesn't surprise me, since there are unanswered questions. It annoys me, but we can easily be at 0.0002 (someone just has to raise their bid). There is enough bid support at 1 to suggest it not going to no bid.
Flippers can control a stock within a range, but it is ultimately up to the company to prove they are worth more than the flippers price. This is where Dwyer needs to act. Successful progress in the business will drive the stock price.
The business model is sound, Dwyer just needs to get the damn Brokerage, this is the critical piece right now.
