another port on the N end of Gulf of CA-mainland end- is unlikely to grow or whatever- partly because OTCQX SIOCF-a Canadian based iron ore co-has suspended if not abandoned Mexico operations there due to unabated civil unrest
about the only place in mex not experiencing such is probably baja- so that makes any baja mines-excluding tijuana- more valuable imo
