we all know there were only a handful of investors who hold a block that size
(that block would take till last week to go *poof*)
not surprisingly >> this was articulated on 1.18.14 .. by another TEVE investor
You are wrong. There are only two possible single sources of more than 5000 shares, Joe and Gerry Lenfest. It can be documented there are only 55,000 shares not owned by Gerry Lenfest. Joe won't sell and it is certain Gerry Lenfest isn't either.
Only 12,200 shares have traded in the past three years.
The offer to sell 5488 shares is beyond strange. There may be an explanation from way out in left field or it will disappear if it starts getting hit regularly or, better, hit all at once.

a stock that has 15 years' aggregate abusive shorts embedded into it
