August 31st 2011 - Judgement Formally Entered Against BGL
Court ruling proves Bandera absolutely has no option in Cinco Minas. News release today is just another attempt to string investors along a bit longer. Even if anything mentioned in this release were true Bandera would be looking at another 3 years in court with no guarantees that they will win. In the meantime SRGE will be exploring, drilling and digging out Gold and making its shareholders very rich.
Check out the part that has been circled... translate it and it says clear as day that there has been 4 votes AGAINST "EMITIDO" who in this case is referring to Bandera. It no longer has option for the Cinco Minas property and without that they have nothing. The project in Colombia came up dry, nothing good there.
