Most of these penny stocks fail when investing because the incessant dilution and the inability to EARN ANY TYPE OF $. The good news is we stopped writing our last note oct 22nd 2013,so in all probablity that paper is gone which is a great sign. As we all know there were 29 investors that assisted the company from january to july with a private placement that raised approx 1.2m ( btw our cash position is 1.2m currently) dollars. It was a terrific decision By management to go to loyal shareholders rather then go to converts who only view discounted shares as part of their business model and look for 20% to 50% profits no matter what the fundamentals are/not. Frankly the note guys do not care what goes on with scrc as they are ready to go onto the next pick which is the mentality of most on ihub and the like. Has there been some shares sold by the 29 individulas? the answer is yes. However, I don't see any WDCO (Wilson Davis) offers of 500k showing up do you? I bought some recently from WDCO on the offer and I am happy that however sold to me made a few shackles. You ask why I am happy that someone is selling .10 to .14? The reality is noone back in January knew if compounding was going to be successful or not. Guys put their bet on the line because they believed in BOB SCHNEIDERMAN OUR CEO. Without the belief of Bob S we would not have raised 1.2m dollars and reaped the successes that we are now with compounding. BTW we own 100% of Main Ave Pharmacy I am very pleased to see that and it will kick off a few more dollars to us as a company. Had we decide t raise the $ via magna and gel SCRC would be sitting at .0003 cents right now and if you think Im kidding I am not. Most of my friends would have taken a knee if they saw that type of activity with derivitives and %.
In conclusion: I believe we have approx 7m to 10m shares to go thru but its a good thing. Why? These big buys want supply as they don't want to run it up to .25 to .30 tomorrow. They will pick a spot and accumulate for the long terem. Anyone buying here .10 to .15 is not looking for .20 to .25 I'll tell you that. You pick your price what you think as Monday nov 17th marks the half way point for q4 being over. Its highly logical we will be eps positive again and 15% to 20% higher in revenues /earnings.
