The Company reported consolidated net income of $511,000 or $0.33 per common share, a decrease of 4.1% compared to the same nine-month period last year. Third quarter net income was $203,000 or $0.13 per common share, a decrease of 17.1%, as compared to a net income of $245,000 or $0.16 per common share for the same quarter last year.
