I absolutely totally agree. I'm not sure Bertner has done much of anything for Titan lately!! They need to take a much more visible role between current Titan shareholders and potentially new Titan shareholders.

It's a little frustrating that we have to contact Randall, Hargrove, directly to get some answers. I'm grateful we have access to the CEO and CFO, but they have better things to do. That should be Bertner's job.
I hear ya Honeycomb. We all get to look forward to at least 2 more years of posting on this message board before anything fantastic happens. I've been on the IHUB board for a year, invested in Titan for 5 years and I am completely exhausted. 2 more years!!!!! You can do it!!!

Good buy and good call so far. I am not being negative but I wouldn't expect an exponential return on that purchase for a while so I hope you are a long. Either way...I hope this all pans out for us.
The common courtesy I was referring to was the fact that there hasn't been a response to a board members emails in months. That is why they have a PR/IR firm which is also not responding to investor questions. Whether they respond with pertinent info or not they should at least respond with a canned answer at a minimum.

HC, all is not lost. Look at this as a new beginning. Time is precious, but that is all we lost. The story still holds. It just has to play out to a longer script.

Loaded heavy at the 1.38 dip. Very grateful for that dip.
I know of 4 investors I'm close with who have emailed Hargrove. 2 have gotten responses the other 2 including myself have not.
None are bitter, all have over 50k vested.
We don't need common courtesy as we know his plate is full as ours is in our own little device world.

And this is why the PPS has to go up to make it worthwhile for investors as well as Titan. This is why when they meet their "new" milestones they need to spread the word, leverage the media, leverage Bertners firm etc. If their silence campaign over the next 2 years then the risk is there that the stock will not appreciate and hence...no money from warrants.
"Slight delay" was my wording not his. Since he said out timelines are "conservative," hopefully we're dealing with only slight delays.
I believe (personally) that if the PPS gets above 3.00CAD and stays there (i.e. the company takes much of the risk of commercialization back off the table), then the warrants will become incredibly valuable. Investors who have the cash to exercise the warrants will take warrants off of the hands of those who don't have the bucks in order to get into the stock at a discount.
For example, the A warrants have a strike price of $2.00CAD. If the stock is at $3.00 CAD and someone can buy the warrant for $0.80, then they can exercise the warrant for $2.00CAD and have an effective purchase price of $2.80 ($2.00 exercise price + $0.80 warrant price). The higher the stock goes, the more valuable the warrants themselves will become IMHO.
Of course for this to work, this all has to happen before the warrants become worthless!
