Park National Corporation (Park) (NYSE MKT RK) today announced financial results for the three months (third quarter) and nine months ended September 30, 2014. While Park reported its net income for the nine-month period was nearly the same as the previous year, its banking subsidiary posted increases in net income due to the impact of continued loan growth. Park's board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.94 per common share, payable on December 10, 2014 to common shareholders of record as of November 21, 2014.
