It would be awful nice to get some credible news from the company right about now, something that an investor could really sink their teeth into and feel good about where the company will be 6 months from now. That being said I expect news sometime next week, after all we'll be getting near the 20 day appeal limit towards the end of the week. An appeal alone in my mind is a material event therefore should be followed up with a pr.
Concerning the price action, first of all the share price was taken down way to far to begin with, not a surprise, everything seems to get over cooked on wall street being up or down. Some of this action going back up was expected because of that and I would expect us to settle back in above .03 with no news and .05 with credible news!
Something that is a little unsettling is that on the way down and most recently on the way up there's a continued seller who drops a half million to a million pretty regular during the day depending on the volume. It's anyone's guess where those shares are coming from, it's not a secret that the CEO registered to sell many many shares and I'm okay with that so long as that money is needed for the business and to take care of his personal needs. One can only hope that he's a man of his word and will get the job done and personally I feel like he is that man, after all he is an educated lawyer so I'm sure he understands the law probably better than Lakeshores council combined and that includes the mayor!
Like I said a week or so ago, don't let anyone steal your shares because that's in effect what they're doing when they drop the price like that and scare people, hang in there.
Am I a pumper, no just a realist who holds many shares and have added like I stated at .0206 back when the share were declining from .03 down, I will continue to hold until the announcement of the license and then decide from there what course of action to take.
