If you read what the questions were earlier, Joel brought it up in the October call. If a company does an RS just to prop up price with no pipeline, down she goes. But if you do a small RS from a position of strength, with new developments to bring in the dollar investors you were seeking then all would be fine. An RS must be done from a position of strength not weakness. I have been in both and it works just that way.
