I think your conclusion is so logical that it seems to go without saying. There's a saying that a form of genius is saying what others think but don't say . Something is up - they will be releasing good news soon, you do not hire a PR firm to release bad news at DSCR's size.
The Good News About the New PR Firm
I think it's reasonable to assume that DSCR wouldn't be spending valuable money and time hiring a PR firm if they didn't feel there was news forthcoming worthy of being disseminated widely.
Can't think of any other reasons for doing this now, but maybe it's a failure of imagination on my part!
