Concerning Ironridge: if we lose the case which 99% we will there is only 1.6m shares priced at .10 cents that we have to deal with. This is a gigantic nothing as we already went thru over 11m shares last year and that is well behind us.
In conclusion: IRONRIDGE 1.6m shares and approx (IMHO) Seaside 2m so in total 3.6m shares is the least amount of stock to go thru.
p.s. I will also say that the "core" .05 cents stock will stay on the books as there was some .05 to .06 sold no question about it. If I am a betting man I will say less than 4m over the next 3 to 6 months.
