I disagree. If we get share count way down and have to do a small RS, it will be fine if no equity Is lost. It could get to the point we need to get the stock in front of bigger investors and that is how you can go from .40 to 1.20 with a 1 for 3 RS. Then we could uplist. Most big players won't touch a stock below a dollar. Let's just get to a penny for now.
