I agree with the dissection of the differences. What was not put in there is the guidelines of the provincial minister, and higher, the Agg. Minister, who in my opinion, concerning MMJ facilities, made it abundantly clear what the intention was to PROMOTE the land use of Agricultural land to the implementation of MMJ Facilities, and not get in the way of that with zoning issues, or otherwise, deter the businesses from happening. To me, this is crystal clear. JMO GLTA
So, if they got a development permit, then they were allowed to build , if, they got permission from H / C. So, now they are allowed to build, and just waiting on inspection. Inspection has happened, and to date, all I can say for sure is we are very close, as the only evidence we have is Bill saying it has been taken care of. I do not doubt that, it is just what we know for sure. Then it is time to issue the license, but, Lakeshore now wants to come in and say give us more money, and share some with the residents. This is just my view of the events. GLTA
