Bryce Knight, Chairman and CEO
Bryce serves as LAST’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. He is a co-founder of LAST and serves as a Director of each portfolio company.
Prior to leading LAST, Bryce founded Knight Inc., a boutique venture capital and corporate strategy firm that provides early-stage capital and business development services to private and small-cap public companies. Knight Inc. provides financial and advisory services, with a specialty in structuring publicly traded closed-end investment companies governed under the Investment Company Act of 1940.
Bryce has served as an officer or senior advisor to several publicly traded companies, specializing in investment management, corporate structure, business development, and SEC compliance.
Bryce graduated Magna Cum Laude with an M.B.A. and B.A. in Business from Bellarmine University, Rubel School of Business.
