today announced financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2014. Total net operating revenues, which exclude revenues from facilities in which SCA owns a noncontrolling interest, increased 8.0% in the second quarter of 2014 (from $196.7 million to $212.4 million) and increased 5.1% for the first six months of 2014 (from $387.9 million to $407.8 million). The Company's systemwide net operating revenues, which include revenues from all facilities in which SCA has an ownership interest (without adjustment based on SCA's percentage of ownership) and management fee revenues from managed-only facilities, increased 10.2% in the second quarter and 9.5% for the six-months ended June 30, 2014.
