TECO writes impressive PR's. They have never been able to close a deal with any long term revenue but again; they can write a great sounding PR! Maybe the TECO employee involved will actually show up to the meeting and negotiate with the other parties such that the contracts will be ratified. Maybe these contracts will include a consistent 200 BPD and the forementioned projected revenue stream. Maybe it's TECO's time! MAYBE!
In the meantime the PR reads well but the market couldn't give a chit because TECO's credibility remains ZERO!
