Johnny, the form 10 represents AUDITED financials. This is HUGE in the OTC world since the majority of the financials posted are unaudited. I am not saying that unaudited financials are not accurate, but you never know. Audited financials are completed by an approved outside auditor and it is scrutinized heavily by the SEC until they feel the public is being honestly informed. This is a VERY expensive process and it tells the investor not only is the company I am investing in completely transparent is also says the company believes in itself enough to invest in its own future. This again i HUGE.
Audited financials also give a company the ability to uplist once a few other criteria is met. The next step up for MPIX is the OTC QB which will get them off the pinks. One of the requirements is that you can hold at least a .01 bid for a period of time.
SO this all tells me that MPIX is investing in their future and that MPIX has a bright future ahead. Victor did not spend the money on audited financials for nothing. He has a plan so get ready! I am liking what I am seeing.
