What It Means TRTC SEC Proven Gross Losses !!

Since not all Investors Company Owners themselves, they
may do not know or understand this, because never did
have to do with Company’s Accounting. I therefore try
to explain this by some very simple manners.

Principally any Company which is producing some Product,
is putting a Margin on top of the Production Costs of
any Products to be able To Pay for any Company’s
Expenses for As Company To Exist !!
Where the wording Revenue is applied for the $ Amount
of Products been Sold and does not defy any Margin
or Profit from any Products !
This Products related Margin is also called Gross Margin
or Gross Profit, from which all Company’s related Costs
are Paid From and If the Revenue and Gross Margin is
That High, that all Company’s Expenses can be Paid
from and has still some of the Gross Margin remaining,
that would then be declared as Net- Income where the
Companies need to pay taxes from !
Any Company with Net- Income is declared Profitable !!
In the case of TRTC as seen at its SEC Filings, it instead
Gross Profit as normal to exist, has Increasing Gross Losses
and this means, has Lost the Basis To Exist, because need
to Sell the Products cheaper than the Production Costs !!

Resulting, as for any Company, Gross Losses are the Best
Preconditions for Bankruptcy Only and in the Case of TRTC
as seen at SEC Filings, it has even Increasing Gross Losses
and therefore Is Working For Bankruptcy Only, because its
not possible To Preserve The Existing of Any Company
under Such Conditions !

It Means Gross Losses are The Main TRTC Problem or
Huge Risk for any Investors to Aware !!

If there is still something not understood, then please
contact any Accountant Offices, which regrettably can
only confirm the Correctness of Above Explanations !
.

The TRTC Situation According SEC Filings :
2012 Rev. $ 552,579 - Gross Profit $ 100,866 - Gross Profit Margin 18,25 %
2013 Rev. $ 2,125,851 - Gross Profit $ 88,918 - Gross Profit Margin 4,18 %
2014 6 Mt.Rev. $ 4,369,667 - Gross L. $ 97,547 - Gross Loss Margin 2,23 %
Normally young companies have Losses in The Beginning, but at TRTC
they have the Profits in beginning for the Losses Later ! Funny !!

Beside according SEC S-1 Filing of Oct. 6, 2014 there are additional
46 Mn Stocks Dilution to come, but this time not for failed Mass
Program, its for MediFarm, MediFarm I and MediFarm II in NV !
