Hey Yacht, I do remember you posting this origina

I do remember you posting this originally, and I thank you for it. This in my opinion is one of the most solid statements we've had on where we are at in the process. My understanding of our timeline is this:
-CEN had pre-license inspection
-Inspection results were fed back to CEN with needed corrections identified
-CEN made necessary corrections to any issues identified
----where we are at now----
-HC will issue CEN ready to grow license (question on this: reinspection needed before this to verify proper compliance to initial inspection?)
-CEN will grow "test crop"
-HC will return for final inspection of product before license issue
My contention from what I have gathered is that local zoning approval is of little to no consequence to HC and their timeline when it comes to license issuance. Notice we're not the only company on hold as there were several other comoanies that had a pre-license inspection around the same time as us and they have not received licensing, I also think that zoning is (or at least has been) of minor relevance to CEN as they are likely confident it will be decided favorably for them in court should it come to that. I'm guessing that CEN is using this down time from HC to try and settle zoning questions with Lakeshore amicably (without litigation) before committing any more funds into pod installation, building expansion, site 2 etc...
All of this is just my opinion. I'm just trying to use what business knowledge I have to read between the lines like everyone else. I for one am still buying. No question we take off... But no clue when either.
