The insinuation that no partnership resulting from the talks with the two unidentified suitors being the end-all for the Company is foolish. The particulars of any deal offered may not be good for the Company. Other suitors may approach the Company. The point is that anything can happen. Only fools conveniently forget to keep in mind that as far as has been disclosed, the talks are about the application of N-Assay (V) to Ebola. The bread and butter is N-Assay for bacterial applications. Its amazing the effort some will go to in their attempts to distract investors.
As for the sudden overwhelming concern about dilution by the newly created IDs here, any dilution from PIPEs is miniscule compared to dilution that probably did and would have occurred under old management. Look at the facts. Current management reduced the rate of dilution by an unheard of rate for a pink sheet Company. They've shown by their actions their intent to spend money frugally and most effectively. The dilution via PIPEs is what it is, but it is important for investors to realize and accept that it is absolutely necessary and that it is being done at the lowest rate of dilution possible. Management's actions prove it.
