Hi FITX Family. I just got off the phone with IR. What I learned is that suing the town would be a last resort. It wouldn't be in the best interest for us to sue and bankrupt the town, which would then cause taxes to be raised. This would piss off the town folk where we want to be. Bill Swalm referred to the press release a lot and hinted that we will be working this through political channels (Provincial Gov) to get this resolved. HC is interested in medicine that won't be contaminated and less with the town by-laws. Lastly, the BOD is solid and they had a meeting with John G. last week that he couldn't speak about. Anyway, that's all I have. For some reason I got scared when I called the 1st time and hung up when Bill Swalm answered the phone .
