My personal expectation is license this month. When CEN called for inspections on 4/30 it took 3 months (7/31) for HC to respond. If Cen addressed the deficiencies immediately, lets say within 2 weeks, that puts HC's response in November if HC keeps with the same time frame as before. My outlook could be flawed, but it's where I objectively stand atm.
