Apostle there isn't going to be any SEC action for a simple reason and that there are sales weekly and have continued
If there was no product being sold maybe something can be said however as long as there are sales they are safe in my opinion
The upcoming FINS will give an update and I expect that sales have increased slightly however the expenses will be the most telling if the expenses are super high them there will need to be some explanation as to where the dollars gave been spent so it should only be a few more days
Stick it out a few more days and let's see what they are

I know this stock too well. And I know Robert. That's right. I know the Robert Calkin and have for over 10 years. The big secret is out. This stock is only going up. Any attempts to shake me are feeble at best.

Exactly. RC or any CEO for that matter work very hard to build a viable business first and share price hopefully then falls in line. It does seem as though RC and his team are diligently working on building GRCU. People need to realize that the green Rush is in a different phase than it was this past Dec/Jan when we saw complete irrational exuberance taking place. In this new phase, the lack of PR's has made some people a bit nervous and subsequently shaken many of them out in the process. What inning do people really think we are in...people got spoiled by easy profits, burned by jumping in late on the last big move or jumped in the wrong company all together, so they are either nervous or anxious to get the next PR from RC. Let's face it, because many of these companies don't even have a real product, biz platform or a good management team to take them anywhere. What makes me laugh is how often people expect PRs as their pacifier. In the real world of investing what "real CEO" does the hand holding that many of the whiners here expect. Doesn't happen! I still think we are in the very earl innings...people need to do some serious DD and "know what they own" and figure out their own risk tolerance before investing in MJ/MMJ! Could I be completely wrong about RC, yes, but unless I'm connecting the dots incorrectly, I can't imagine a guy with his years of experience and reputation to risk all he has accomplished to putting out fluff bs prs. Anyone who has been following this sector knows the risk of that. In my mind, he will put out a relevant PR when it is concrete and makes sense to do so; until then we wait ... PPS up or down.
