Let me give you a lesson in tape reading. When you buy an *alternative* oil stock at $1.50 and the price is at .07 cents..
Resets are possible, they are called retracements.
Look it up. Downward trend, price usually pulls back to a *MA* moving average, but continues down....
So, there is no such thing as resets, when the price never visits that price again...lol
