Now, I do not know if a development permit was applied for or not, but, I do know I have not seen one.
So, the question now becomes , for me, is if they did not apply for one.....why not. And if they did apply for one.....what could possibly be the issue with Lakeshore today?
All that said.....how important is the development permit to be with respect to all of the other notice given concerning the intended use of the property ? Including , but not limited in any way to the application to H / C for a ready to build letter, to commence construction of a licensed MMPR facility, including, but not limited to size, and scope of the facility.
Is the development permit, the technical issue that could be the stickler here? All avenue's seem to lead to here. JMO.....Thoughts are welcome. GLTA
