Coincidence or Not ? This is from another board, which will remain nameless ... The meeting the other night had a resident named Adam who stated he was worried about loosing value in his home due to the location of the Cen Bio site. During his statement, he mentioned he owns two properties. One on Manning Rd and the other on Nth Rear Rd. During the meeting he didn't mention is old home, closest to Cen Bio, had sold. At the meeting Adam was seen shaking hands by the poster, with a representative of Cen Bio. Then the sign SOLD was placed on the property the next day.

Adams new home is very nice and he knew exactly where he was building as the property is adjacent to Cen BIo. They're posted photos corroborating the locations of the property and the sign. And shows Adams new home is outside of the new setbacks.

I'm trying to repost the photos here. But have been unsuccessful.


This whole negations process smells pretty bad, but it's all positive ... Were chipping away one day at at time. Keep the faith.
